We actually have another fight going on in courts right now with Stichting Brein (A company concerned with copyright issues) asking internet Providers to block thepiratebay.org, the companies refused and they were taken to court and the judge decided they should block the websites. The companies are still refusing, however, and are appealing the decision =/ Fingers crossed!
